SERVER/CARRYOUT/BARTENDER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Provide timely and accurate service.
Each server, carryout, and bartender’s primary objective is to show our guest such a marvelous time, they will want to return again.


ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Manager reports to the Owners and Administrative Department.


BUSSER

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guest. Provide timely and accurate service. Assist team members in meeting guests needs. Remove use tableware during meal (pre-bus); clear and reset tables after guest leave.


DISHWASHER/UTILITY

Dishwasher-Wash and clean table ware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized. Utility- Serves a variety of essential back of the house roles which include working as a dishwasher, deep cleaning, unloading inventory and along with other miscellaneous duties. Utility workers are also required to gain an extensive knowledge of the proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.


EXPEDITOR (EXPO)

The restaurant expeditor ensures quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders are prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures to avoid waste; and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe.


HOSTESS

Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival. Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guest. Provide timely and accurate service. Assist team members in meeting guests needs.


LINE COOK

Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of menu items. Maintain a clean work area while following food safety guidelines at all times.


KITCHEN MANAGER

Kitchen Manager serves as a Customer Service Ambassador by insuring that the food we serve always meets or exceeds our standards of excellence at all times, especially non-peak times when the amount of food prepared is critical. While the Kitchen Manager reports to the Owners, it is expected that this person would take responsibility for setting the expectations for all kitchen team members to work as a team to maximize our productivity. The Kitchen Manager is the example of our standards at all times, whether it is cleanliness, organization, or food quality. They are also responsible for the speed and accuracy of the team. The Kitchen Manager must be able to work effectively with limited supervision and demonstrate leadership in order to motivate others.


PREP COOK

Cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.
