Reports to: General Manager/Kitchen Manager/Manager-On-Duty
Summary of Position:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guest. Provide timely and accurate service. Assist team members in meeting guests needs. Remove use tableware during meal (pre-bus); clear and reset tables after guest leave.
Duties & Responsibility:
Between seating promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange table top.
Remove use tableware during meal (pre-bus).
Clear tables after guests.
Take used tableware to bus tubs/dish tank area in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area.
Clean up spills.
Assist servers as needed.
Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guests request to server as needed.
Inspect restrooms every 30 minutes, check & replace supplies as needed (soap, tissue) and clean
as needed.
General cleaning duties (side-work assignments) including sweeping, mopping.
Thank guest as they are leaving.
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
as directed by management.
Other restaurant tasks as required by management.
Qualifications
No previous restaurant experience required
Must be 18 years old
Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
